PC Holographic Remoting tutorial demonstrates to learners how to create Mixed Reality experiences that feature UI elements, 3D models manipulation, model clipping, and eye-tracking; you also learn how to create a PC application for Holographic Remoting that lets you connect to the HoloLens 2 and visualize your app in 3D, without actually having to build and deploy an entire project.
TRAINING MIXED REALITY DEVELOPERS
These tutorials facilitate an opportunity to demonstrate, understand and experience mixed reality features. At the same time, it encourages a large demographic to develop and test Mixed Reality applications, As it overcomes the device constraint.
You can run your app locally in the Unity editor on PC in Play Mode and stream the experience to HoloLens, and you can debug your app with ease without building and deploying an entire project. A significant challenge here is the application must be built carefully to impersonate the controls of the target device.
We used PC Holographic Remoting, HoloLens 2, and Unity to develop.
